There are 3 activity types in Advvy:
- Standard Activities
- Complex Activities
- Milestone Activities
Standard Activities
Standard activities appear bolded in a workflow when it has been added to a campaign.
Standard activities can be copied and rearranged in a workflow at the campaign level.
Complex Activities
Complex activities have subtasks underneath them in campaigns. You can think of complex activities as an activity that’s made up of different subtasks.
A complex activity is considered complete when all of the subtasks are completed. Subtasks have all of the same functionalities as standard tasks.
Complex tasks cannot be assigned to users and do not have health statuses, priorities and due dates. This is because the complex tasks are considered complete when the subtasks are completed.
Milestone Activities
Milestone activities are tasks that only have a due date, have no effort and will appear on the workflow overview as a diamond marker.
Milestones can be assigned user roles and users and behave similar to a standard task minus the need for a duration.
