Important: This article tells users how to change the escalation of risk in Advvy i.e. when a task goes from controlled, to at Risk, and critical. It is extremely important to understand that this is a system-wide setting, meaning changing these fields will apply to all campaigns within the Advvy environment in 24 hours. These changes should not be made until they are agreed upon by all users.
A background on Health Statuses and default settings in Advvy.
Advvy has 4 Health Statuses, controlled, At Risk, Critical and closed. These statuses are calculated based on how close an activity is to its Due Date. By default, a task or activity will turn from controlled to At Risk when the Due Date of that task is within 5 days. The task will turn to Critical when the task Due Date is within 3 days. However, this can be changed by following the steps below.
Follow these steps to change the escalation of risk in Advvy:
- Go to Agency Settings.
- Scroll down to Configuration Settings.
- Select a name of the environment. (There will usually only be one choice to choose from)
- Scroll down to the Workflow Settings
- The Escalation to At Risk represents when an activity’s health status will turn to At Risk and how many days away from the due date that activity needs to be before its health status changes. (The number put in this field represents days.)
- The Escalation to Issuesfield represents when an activity’s health status will turn to Critical and how many days away from the Due Date before the activity’s health status changes. (This field is also represented in days.)
- After these updates have been made click Save and Close.
These changes will take place in 24 hours and all campaigns in the environment will be affected.
