Views in Advvy

Views

Views in Advvy are split into two categories:

System Views: pre-built views that can be utilized by the user, available by default.

My Views: custom views built by the user to provide specific information.

More information on each view can be found below.

System Views

Advvy provides users with a variety of pre-built views, known as System Views, that presents users’ data in specific ways. These views provide users with key information organized to help them make better sense of their data. Almost every section in Advvy includes different system views that can be found in the section’s drop-down menu.

Here’s an example of all the system views available in the Advvy Activities Dashboard.

Advvy Activities Dashboard

  • My Advvy Activities Next 7 days and Overdue
  • Active Advvy Activities
  • Active Advvy Activities (Overdue)
  • All Advvy Activities Next 7 Days and Overdue
  • My Interested Active Advvy Activities
  • Parent Campaign Interested Active Advvy Activities
  • Workflow Plan – Active Campaigns
  • Workflow Plan – Active Campaigns by Team Group

It’s important for users to be aware of the different system views that are available in Advvy. This will help them take full advantage of Advvy and fully utilize the information available to them.

For example, the My Advvy Activities Next 7 days and Overdue presents the user with an actionable list of tasks assigned to them from across campaigns. However, as the “My” in the name suggests, this system view only shows tasks assigned to the user. If the user wants to view all activities they have access to, regardless of who the task is assigned to, they’ll need to use the Active Advvy Activities system view.

My Views

Users can create different views in Advvy. These views are saved upon creation and will be available to the user ever time they log in until deleted. Custom views are found in the “My Views” section, which automatically appears in the drop down menu of the section the view is associated with. For example, if a user creates a view that only shows campaigns from a specific client, the custom view will be found in the campaigns section of Advvy. Custom views can be shared with individuals or teams.

Our guide can help you create Client-Specific views, please find it here. We recommend that only experienced Advvy users experiment with creating their own views. If you’d like assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
