Workflow Overview

Workflow Overview

The workflow overview displays the health status of all campaigns and allows users to toggle the display to view the progress of campaigns and stages in a Gantt chart view. It is a useful top-down visual representation that can provide valuable insight of workflow progress across all campaigns in one place.

The Campaign Health Dashboard does more than show you a snapshot of your campaign health – it is an interactive dashboard that allows you to quickly access campaign information.

Some of the useful ways to utilize the Workflow Overview include:

  • Use the Search field to enter the name of a campaign and display only that information
  • Edit the columns to show additional details such as Product, Start Date and Budget
  • Click the stage name for the campaign record to open in a pop-out window without losing access to the Dashboard
  • Click the campaign name to quickly go to the campaign record

Workflow Overview

The workflow overview provides users with a way to view their data based on a day, week, month, or year format. These different views are available at the top left corner of the screen via a drop-down menu.

There is a plus and a minus sign which represents expand and collapse views. These buttons expand campaigns so their stages are available for the users’ viewing. This is very useful for users who want a more in-depth look at their campaign stages and their progress.

If users click on a campaign stage in the expanded view, the Gantt chart will automatically shift to where that stage is located in the chart.

Note: Please, keep in mind that to utilize this feature, the user must click outside of the stage square with the circle inside of it. If the user clicks on the stage circle, Advvy will open up that stage in a task view.

Campaign stage progress is represented by a percentage which shows the number of tasks completed and a colored circle which represents the health status of each stage (red for critical, yellow for at-risk, green for controlled, and blue for closed).

There is a toggle display button that provides users with a Gantt chart view of their campaigns. Users will see the stage health of their campaign. And to the right, they can see a Gantt chart view of their campaigns.

The calendar view, represented by a Gantt chart, can be clicked and dragged to view campaigns throughout the year.

  • The purple bar represents the task start date and task end date based on the workflow of the campaign.
  • The blue bar represents the campaign’s start and end date. These dates are set upon campaign creation.

Note: The purple bar will have a darker area; this represents the progress of the campaign workflow based on the number of tasks completed. The more tasks completed, the darker the purple bar will be.

Users may also notice an orange diamond in the campaign’s blue bar. This represents a significant date, which is set when a campaign is created by the user. Along with the Gantt chart, users will notice a red line, which represents today’s date.

Some other useful features

  • Users can click the name of a campaign to open it up in a separate tab.
  • Users can also utilize the expand and collapse button to view the stages of a campaign in the Gantt chart view; the darker the color of the stage bar, the more progress the stage has made towards completion. This is also based on the number of tasks in that stage, similar to overall campaign progress in the purple bar.
  • Users can edit the columns available in the type top right corner using the column options button, which is located to the left of the filter button.
  • The filter button provides you with a way to filter the information as you see fit. However, this should only be utilized by advanced users.
