Changing Data Values

Users can add individual values to synced flights in the campaign plan section of ADVVY. This allows the user to customize the campaign plan to represent the data needed for client reporting and other needs. 

To change the data on synced flights follow these steps:

• Go to the campaign plan.
• Locate the campaign that you want to edit.
• Double click on the name of the campaign that you want to edit. This will open up a new tab the campaign record open.
• Select the related tab.
• Click on campaign flighting.
• Locate the specific media flight that you want to edit. Use the bottom scrolling bar to find the quantity column. This will help you identify which flight you want to edit.
• Double Click on the flight record that you want to edit. Please keep in mind that clicking only once will highlight it.
• After double-clicking the Flighting record the campaign fighting record will open.
• Scroll down to the additional details box.
• Locate the quantity field.
• Edit the quantity field as needed.
• Click save and close.

Your flighting record should be updated and the change will be reflected in the campaign plan.
