Quick Links to Advvy Team Work & Campaign Health

 

There are several Dashboards available in Advvy, these Dashboards are meant to give the user high level information on all of the data included in their Advvy environment. You can find these views towards the left side of your screen on the navigation bar. Please find an introduction to all available Dashboards in Advvy below:

Advvy – Campaign Overview

The Advvy – Campaign Overview dashboard provides a high level view of all the campaigns the user has access to. This includes graphics on Campaign Health, budget, counts of campaign by product, and campaign start date by quarter. This is a terrific area for managers to see the health status of different campaigns, and other important information, broken down visually.

Advvy – Campaign Task Overview

This dashboard shows information related to tasks in Advvy. It includes graphics on tasks due by month, tasks by health, and tasks and their health status by campaign. This is a great place to look to see which campaigns have the most critical task and need attention.

Advvy – Executive Overview

This dashboard focuses on media planning, budgets and campaign health. It provides succinct views into each of these areas for users, or executives, to quickly understand the most important aspects of their campaigns. Graphics in this dashboard cover the total planned investment for all campaigns, a breakdown of planned investment by year, planned budget by media type over the current year, campaigns by rating, campaign by health and rating, campaigns by health and client.

Advvy Team Work

Advvy Team Work is the area for managers to delegate tasks to their team members. It includes a variety of filtering functionalities, allowing them to view specific tasks across campaigns and quickly assign those tasks to users. It provides a breakdown of tasks currently assigned and completed by their team members. For more information on Advvy Team Work, please see our help guide here.

Advvy Activities

The Advvy Activities Dashboards provides users with an actionable list of tasks from across campaigns. User can mark tasks as complete, re-assign tasks, change roles, bulk update and add ad hoc tasks from this dashboard. It should be one of the most important dashboards for end users, as it essentially builds their to-do list for them. The default view is “My Advvy Activities Next 7 Days and Overdue” which shows the user tasks assigned to them over the next seven days and any overdue tasks. The drop down menu provides other filters for the user as well.

Important: Any time a dashboard begins with “My” e.g. “My Advvy Activities Next 7 Days and Overdue” this means the dashboard will show only tasks assigned to that user.

Workflow Plan:

The Workflow Plan dashboard displays a campaign’s tasks in a Gantt chat view and gives them an opportunity to modify those tasks’ start and end dates and quickly create blocking task arrangements. Users receive basic information by hovering their cursor over each task including: due date, assignee, progress, health status and priority.

Campaign Health Dashboard:

The Campaign Health Dashboard provides a high level of view of all campaigns in Advvy with a focus on the health status of each stage. It is a great area for users who want to quickly see which campaigns are in need of attention. All columns within the dashboard can be filtered simply by clicking on the column title. Users can enter into a campaign by clicking on the stage of that campaign. To the right of the Search for Records box there is a button that allows the user to see more information on the campaign help dashboard including the Product, Start Date, and Budget. Campaign Plan:

The Campaign Plan provides a Gantt chart view of all campaigns the users has access to, their media types, mediums and budgets. It’s a great way to see when specific campaigns are active, the media type for those campaigns and when the Ads for those campaigns will be in flight.
