Leaving Notes on Activities in the Client Portal

The client and the agency can add notes to activities displayed in the client portal.

Activities that are flagged to appear in the Client Portal will also display the notes attached to that activity. Notes can be created, viewed, and edited in the Effort and Notes section of the Advvy Workflow tool. This specific section is displayed as a tab when viewing any Activity or Subtask.

Clients can leave notes on any activity that appears in the Campaign Activities section of the client portal. Even if the responsibility for completing the task is assigned to “Agency” (as marked in the Responsibility column), the clients can still leave a note for the agency.

To leave a note on an activity in the client portal, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. Go to the Campaign Activities
  3. Identify the activity you want to add a note to.
  4. Click on the down arrow to the right of the activity.
  5. Click View Details.
  6. In the View Client Activity Details box that appears click +Add Note to the bottom of the screen.
  7. Add your note and click add note.

After adding the note, it will appear in the Effort and Notes tab of the same activity within the Advvy Workflow Tool.

Note: When a note is created it cannot be deleted or edited at this time.
